How long before my departure the booking can be done ?

You can book the service up to 24h before your arrival. In the event of an emergency trip, contact us directly via Whatsapp.

Can I change my booking ?

The booking can be modified free of charge up to 24h before arrival.

Can I cancel my booking ?

You can cancel anytime for free.

Do you transport animal cages ?

HMB is not available for transport of animal cages.

I would like to add one or more luggage at my arrival

You can add luggage on site, you will have to pay additional fees directly to the agent (by cash).

Will my luggage be safe ?

Your luggage will always under the supervision of our agents, from its pick up until delivery to your location. It is compulsory to provide us your luggage close by code or padlock.

What if my flight is delay or cancel ?

In this case, we invite you to inform us as soon as possible via Whatsapp.

How can I pay ?

We accept online payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, American express). You can also pay by cash on site.

What are the maximum dimension and weight allowed ?

The maximum authorized dimensions are large luggage. Regarding the weight, maximal is 32kgs. A additional cost of 500 MUR will be charged in case of larger or heavier luggage than the limit.

What items are accepted over than luggage ?

Only checked or cabin baggage is allowed at the moment.
