Arriving at SSR airport
- Send us your flight details on WhatsApp: airline, flight number, date, number of bags and where you are staying.
- We collect your bags at the airport. Send us your flight details on WhatsApp and we arrange the handover with you.
- We deliver to your accommodation: hotel, resort, villa or Airbnb, anywhere on the island.
Leaving Mauritius
- We collect from your hotel or Airbnb when you check out, at the time you choose.
- We bring your bags to the airport for your departure, so you can enjoy your last hours without them.
- Flight delayed or cancelled? Tell us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we will adjust.
Prices & conditions
- Rs 1,000 for the first bag, then Rs 500 per additional bag.
- Insured up to Rs 50,000 per bag.

Do you offer luggage delivery from Mauritius airport?
Yes. We collect your bags at SSR International Airport and deliver them to your hotel, resort, villa or Airbnb anywhere on the island.
Can you pick up my luggage at night or very early?
Yes. Our agents are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Send us your flight details on WhatsApp.
What do you need from me to book?
Your name and WhatsApp number, the airline and flight number, the date, the number of bags, and the delivery address. You can also use the booking form on our home page, which opens WhatsApp with your request ready to send.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Let us know as soon as possible on WhatsApp and we will adjust the pickup accordingly.
Is there a weight limit?
We accept large luggage up to 32 kg. A Rs 500 surcharge applies to bags that are larger or heavier.
Can I add bags when you arrive?
Yes. Extra luggage can be added on site, and the additional fee is paid directly to the agent.
