How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp with your flight, the time you need us at the airport and where your bags should go.
- Our agent meets you at SSR airport at the agreed meeting point and collects your luggage.
- Your bags stay under our agents' supervision while they are in our care.
- We deliver at the time you chose: to your hotel, villa or Airbnb, or back to the airport for your flight.
When travellers use it
- Early arrival before check-in. Hand over your bags at the airport and start your holiday straight away.
- Late flight after check-out. Enjoy your last day, we bring your bags to the airport on time.
- Long wait between flights. Going to Rodrigues or Réunion? Leave the big bags with us.
- Arriving tired with heavy bags. Walk out of the airport with nothing to carry.
Prices & peace of mind
- Pickup and delivery: Rs 1,000 for the first bag, then Rs 500 per additional bag.
- Storage: Rs 250 per bag, per day, added when your bags stay with us. No minimum and no maximum storage time.

Is there a left luggage or locker service at Mauritius airport (SSR)?
Hold My Bag does not run a counter or lockers at the airport. Instead, our agent meets you at SSR at the time you choose, takes your bags and keeps them under our supervision until you want them back.
How does airport luggage storage work with Hold My Bag?
Message us your flight time and what you need. We agree a meeting point at the airport, our agent collects your bags, and we deliver them to your hotel, villa or Airbnb, or bring them back to the airport when you need them.
Can I drop my bags at your office or storage point?
Not at the moment. We do not have a drop-off point: we come to you, at the airport or at your hotel, villa or Airbnb.
How much does airport luggage storage cost?
Pickup and delivery cost Rs 1,000 for the first bag, then Rs 500 per additional bag. If your bags stay with us, storage is added at Rs 250 per bag, per day. Message us on WhatsApp for an exact quote for your plan.
Can you collect my luggage when I land, before check-in?
Yes. Tell us your flight and arrival time and we meet you at the airport, take your bags and deliver them to your accommodation when you are ready.
Is my luggage safe?
Your luggage stays under our agents' supervision at all times while in our care, and it is insured up to Rs 50,000 per bag. Please secure each bag with a code lock or padlock.
How far in advance should I book?
You can book up to 24 hours before your pickup. For an urgent request, contact us directly on WhatsApp.
